1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the J L Tech website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Any purchase or rental is covered by the written quote and invoice we give you. If those differ from this page, the quote and invoice apply to that purchase or rental.

2. Information on this site

We try to keep product details accurate, but specifications, photos and availability can change without notice.

Some visuals on this site illustrate an effect and are not photographs of a finished product. This includes the pixel-pitch demonstration and the 3D wall previews. Colours on your screen can also differ from the real product.

The guides in our Knowledge centre are general information. They are not professional advice for your particular site.

3. Prices, estimates and quotes

Prices shown on the site are starting rates. They may not include GST, installation, delivery or other charges. Estimates from the configurator, including price, power and weight, are indicative only.

Neither a price on this site nor an estimate is an offer. A request you send through the site is an enquiry, not an order. We reply with a written quote that states what is included, the taxes charged, the validity of the quote, and the payment and delivery terms. An order exists only when you accept that quote.

4. Warranty

Display boards carry a warranty of 1 year for outdoor screens and 1.5 years for indoor screens.

What the warranty covers, when it starts and what it does not cover are set out in your quote and invoice. This does not take away any rights you have under law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

5. Rental

Rental screens are supplied under the rental quote. It states the dates, venue, set-up, charges and any deposit. Please ask us about delivery and set-up times for your event as early as you can.

6. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. In particular, do not:

• give false details in a form, or send spam or advertising through it;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or its security;
• copy the site's content in bulk with automated tools.

We may block access to anyone who misuses the site.

7. Our content and brand

The J L Tech name and logo, and the text, photos, designs and layout of this site, belong to J L Tech or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Customer reviews shown on the site come from public Google reviews and belong to the people who wrote them. Other names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Links and third-party services

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and IndiaMART. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is under their own terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.

10. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, J L Tech is not liable for loss that arises from using this website or from relying on the information or estimates on it, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please first contact us so we can try to settle it. If it cannot be settled, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law to approach a consumer forum.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
